Our JetBackup backup service is currently undergoing maintenance while our engineers expand the capacity and improve performance of our backup systems.


This will mean that JetBackup backups will not be available for recovery during this maintenance period.  We expect JetBackup in Plesk and cPanel control panels to be available again on Monday.


Please note that backups are still being taken - should you need to restore files, databases or email, please raise a support ticket and our engineers will complete that process for you.



Email sending delay (Resolved) Critical

We are aware of an issue that is causing a large delay in mail being received by recipients once sent. This is affecting some messages whilst others are getting through. The mail is being sent and passing through our servers ok but there is then an issue with the connection to MailChannels. We are currently in contact with MailChannels to resolve this. We thank you for your patience at this time. 

 

Update: 15:48 - MailChannels have confirmed the issue is at their end and are actively working on a resolution. Please follow: https://status.mailchannels.net/#day for direct updates from MailChannels. In the mean time we are still contacting them to obtain an estimated time for the fix. 

Update: 19:07 - MailChannels have changed their status to resolved and we're monitoring our internal mail systems. We can see our mail queue is reducing, but due to the volume of mail that will attempt to redeliver, it could take a few hours before this is back to normal functionality.
